Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Easigrab is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Take clear photos before opening the package.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
